These Terms govern your use of Briola Games websites, games and related services. Briola Games is a brand operated by ILEȘ BRONȚ IOANA PFA.

1. Using our services

You may use our services for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms, the rules shown in the game and the terms of the platform through which the game is provided.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies. Users below the age of legal majority should have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access and use our services. We retain all rights in our games, artwork, code, characters, branding and other content.

4. Fair play

You must not cheat, exploit errors, automate gameplay, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, harass other users or use our services for unlawful purposes. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect players or the service.

5. Accounts and platforms

Some features may depend on an account supplied by Meta, Apple, Google or another platform. Your use of that account is governed by the platform’s terms. We are not responsible for platform outages or changes outside our control.

6. Virtual items and purchases

A game may offer virtual items or paid features. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged outside the game and may be changed or discontinued as the game evolves, subject to applicable consumer law. Purchases and refunds are also governed by the store or platform used.

7. Availability and updates

We may update, balance, add to or retire features to improve a game, maintain security or meet platform requirements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer and liability

Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, they are otherwise provided “as is”. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Privacy

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
